My bard does, hehe. Warforged, but I got the umd for it. Got some +5 str itmes I'dbe willing to give for that. Other than that, still dont have a lot of gear on Argo...I could give you some plat for it.

and +5 = lvl 8,
shocking burst = lvl 4
that totals to lvl 12
why is it rr dwarf? what else is on it?
and if it is, it's actually lvl 10..
and again, it's not a repeater, not worth much..
