i'm an new player and was wondering is 32 point buy a perk of some sort and if so what am i able to get it, i've been playing all of 2 days and could use some insight on some things.

32 point buy requires reaching 1750 Favor with one Build. Also there is alot of information that players have accumulated and posted int the user written guides section of the foumns.. link below.... Hope this helps ya...
