I started a caster since I deleted my old one. He's a sorcerer so I will need a +6 charisma cloak or ring. He will also need those nice caster maces and other weps like superior potency VI and greater lore items. He is going to be fire and ice based (who isn't) and possibly force based also for Disintigrate.

Hate to break it to you bro, but force enhancements will have zero benefit for your disintegrate spells. Disintegrate is not force damage, it is untyped damage. The only way to increase disintegrate damage is superior potency VI and greater arcane lore (if you get lucky on a crit roll).

hmm according to the book and why turbine did not put it in.. disintegrate is negitive energy.. i found this out fri when are dm in are pnp game tried to use the spell.. unfortunetly we have a rules mongreal in are group that looks everything up and thats what it said in the 3.5 rule book.. just fyi

That's probably a bit high but then again fair is in the eye of the traders. As long as you and the other person are happy then it's fair.

I only say it's high because ,yes, while it's easier to get scales than it is to get the boots, you have to put in a ton of time to get the scales. Again just my opinion.
