Thank you. This seemed to be the key. Even though the only account on the computer is an admin with write permissions, I was getting the UAC prompt. The "user" group did not have write permissions...

I am the only account on the computer and I am an administrator.

the settings all appear the same on both my desk top and my laptop. Only my desktop asks for the UAC prompt every time I start the client. any idea why?

I copied the 4 toons that I play on live to Lamannia to see how the Hitpoint changes would affect them. Below are the results, standing in the market place with ship buffs and their normal gear.

running CR37 with a group that had 2 level 30, 1 level 31 and a level 29. All are getting/being awarded xp. Before only the level 29 and below was getting/being awarded xp.

Level 30 and up toons are now getting xp in Night Revels
