I'm sorry if this issue has already came up before, but has anyone else noticed that Repeaters don't do the damage until you reload them?

I am not sure if this is an Artificer only problem.

I play an AA Ranger, I personally make LITTLE circles where there is enough room for melee to swing and hit.
Other than that I will stand and block with my bow (or other weapons).

The only difficult part of this was Part 2, as stated by our party leader, we needed to utilize our paralyzers since we had no other CC methods.
