The lag is so bad right now that the rat mound in the orchard is only able to spawn 2-3 rats at a time

A new player who whiffed their build and needs to feat swap and do the drgonmark quest and do it for free.

It's not just loads of lag, I'm getting a metric ton of epic bleedthrough in heroic slayer areas.

If they are treated as spells but cost no spell points to use, then they are spell-like abilities and you won't be paying any spell points for hits.

I have not seen any increase in bow attack speed, and unlike you, it sure seems like my shots are hitting less often.

Lol, I run about 30 different characters all to cap, on the TR trains, very few XP pots, have been playing since about launch and have NEVER ONCE hit 5000 favor.

Problem with that is that neither of those is a bonus. They don't traditionally turn off a bonus for the entire run of an event, that's why they haven't during NR.
