Given how in heroics the Attack on Stormreach named items are found in all sorts of chests and even in end rewards, it's highly likely that the legendary versions aren't found in the exact same...

Agreed, I prefer using the 32-bit client myself; hence the importance of the issue.

I completely disagree. Mythic bonuses have no exclusive ties to reaper or raids, and there's plenty of people that don't play reaper or raid. Mysterious Remnants on the other hand are a great idea.
