Crystal weapons don’t take damage from rusties/ooze. You could use the legendary ferrocrystal falchion. Or echo/reflection of blackrazor if you aren’t stuck on falchions.

I think your sacred defender enhancements could use some adjustments. The tenacious defense (20% hp) is good for heroic levels, but you get 25% if you turn on epic def fighting when you hit level...

I don’t think the quest level itself matter, more of the difficulty you run the quest on. Higher difficulty higher chance of getting filigree
