There have been quite a few players who experienced a bug to the DDO Store, where they could not access it to spend money in the game. Using the legacy client was the only workaround for them. ...

The Uncanny Dodge feat obtained through the Swashbuckler core enhancement isn't granting the 1% passive bonus to Dodge at levels 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, and 20 as advertised.
