atm. the proposed imbue changes are most valuable for ranged builds (inquis, starthrowers) and Ek and Da which are essentialy casters.

Taking into account that inquisitive is already the most powerful...

The current changes favors ranged builds with 12 ranger lvls, as they will get access to 3 x twf automatically.
