You also have the +2 racial action point tome, so you end up with 16 free racial action points. Total pain to get, but it's fantastic for making builds and makes race choice matter a lot more.

My assumption would be that they were having to make UMD checks to use crafted grenades.
I just close the game and reload back in the dungeon, fixes it every time.
Or a 5d6 and a 4d6 acid. Just can't be the same aug twice.
Yeah, I pretty much assume any melee trapping ranger is going to be DH, which I shouldn't make assumptions, but I do. Outside of evasion shenanigans the DH is a straight upgrade for the build.
Right, and my suggestion is for now, not the past, Dark Hunter is a thing now.
I'm assuming Dark Hunter rather than normal Ranger for trapping, so 2 rogue for evasion. That's how I did at least one of my DH past lives, but I was using SK iconic and was specifically aiming for a...
In the long term Rangers have ample feats and access to Haste Boost in Tempest. I'd do 2 Rogue/18 Ranger myself, but I tend to look more at endgame builds than lower level.
Sneak attacks + light armor is generally not a thing either. There are some options, but they aren't common.
My apologies I rushed this one on my phone and just assumed Dark Hunter was being used. With cross classing you need at least 8 points per level just to keep your skills up. So at 14 Int as a ranger...
There are 4 trapping skills to keep maxed out, rangers get 6+ int mod, so total.skill picks shouldn't be an issue. It's a matter of how high your search and disable are, and compared to gear and...
As mentioned a negative level from gear is insignificant.
Personally with the Schism Shards saved up I'd make Reflection of Blackrazor first (and I did).
In other words what are 'roguey/rangery' dark hunter bonuses to you? Need more definition to understand the issue.
What are you looking for in a set? Crypt Raider and Part of the Family are both absolutely fantastic medium armor melee sets. I used both on my DH past lives and was happy to do so. Poo-pooing those...
DDO is primarily based on 3.5, but it has a lot of rules changes to make it function as an MMO, more and more so as the years pass (and many years have passed). A lot of the newer content has been...
I would say around 5-6pm PST is when the lag reallt picks up. Likely when all the west coasters get home from work. I'm EST and we start at 6p and it's usually good for a couple of hours. Weekends...
They start as a level 1 standard bard. To go Stormsinger you need to do a lesser TR, fortunately it costs 0 levels to swap between standard and Archtype, so a no + lesser heart works.
Honest question: How so?
I've been under the impression that Deepwood Stalker is a significantly better tree, outside of non-Rangers who obviously don't have access to DS.
We need the 3.5 Hexblade as our next class in DDO, that or the Marshall. I don't see that happening though since most new content is 5e based nowadays. Actually Hexblade Warlock could have been an...
In my experience Treasure Hunters weekend dramatically increases the chance to get reaper items. I've tried to replicate this with Treasure Hunters pots, bit don't seem to get the same effect...it's...
Thematically we still need Kalashtar and Changeling.
Mechanically we need another Strength based race, my best guess there would be Goliath.
For funzies we need Kobolds.
Just chance that you haven't seen anything, it happens. As mentioned put up a lfm or recruit some friends to help loot. Keep at it and watch your ransack.
Dethek Runestone has the same appearance if that's all you want. It's a raid drop, but generally no one wants it and you may or may not just have enough runes sitting around to buy one.
A Trailblazer in particular, which can keep up their action boost speed bonus for 18 seconds out of every 20, on top of the extra spring attack distance. This doesn't stack with action boost sprint...
Archmage is my number 1, no reason for it to really exist
Warpriest I actually used as a primary tree recently when playing a DA, since DA is a pretty terrible melee tree despite offering melee...
