Done some testing with different AC values and levels, using the "Defense Chance at Level" displayed on the inventory or character sheets. Formula comes out (cleanly) to to-hit = 2.5*CR, using the AC -> defense chance formula on the wiki. If anyone has contradictory data, please let me know.
