But that isn't what it's about. The OP has almost all the amenities as it is in a CASUAL guild. You don't "need" them to play this game, they are a perk. And even a casual guild gets most of them.Quote:

As I *KNOW* I have posted elsewhere, we just want a chance. We're not asking for anything to be handed to us on a silver platter. We just want the chance to have our large guilds, with casual players, and not be forever stuck at some guild level, forever barred from gaining levels.

Currently about 38 active accounts. No one ever gets kicked - the stated position is that we don't care about renown. At the same time though we don't often add new people. There are new people I would love to be able to mentor and guild - but no way would I do that to stress the guild. We also have about 5 dual boxers in there. It is slowly making progress to 81. Yes we have seriously active members including one completionist and one working towards completionist. But a lot who just like epiccing and farming and stuff.Quote:

The major problem is that no one has bothered to show eris2323 the math. I did it in another post and will quote it here.
Now go earn renown. Run Shroud, run DQ, run Tempest Spine. Ah heck go run inspired quarter, so many chests and the quests only take minutes to do. And if the issue is low level characters then go run The Kobolds' New Ringleader, Irestone Inlet, Redwillow's Ruins, Devil Assault, the House D Depth quests and anything in the Phiarlan Carnival.They're all fast and full of chests. As far as the math goes, 187 accounts is a high number of ACTIVE accounts. Are you sure some of them aren't active? Inactive accounts do not count for decay purposes.
Also, as others have said, please stop equating kicking a guildie to killing them. It trivializes the word and there is absolutely no comparison between the terms and their meaning.
Also also, maybe you should kick a few folks if they are unable to play due to real life issues. Maybe they would not have worry about dragging you all down while they deal with homelessness or fighting in a warzone. There is always the option of the friends' list. Just keep an eye out for them. Let them know what happened personally.
Or, you could stop worrying about guild level. We played this game for a loooooooong time with no ships, no extra buffs, no renown. We just played. Here in CE, we are still doing the same thing. No, we aren't a "casual guild", but heck, even I can admit to not logging in for a few days now because I needed a break.

I still don't see why anyone is still arguing with the OP. When someone has the viewpoint of:
"We are casual players and a casual guild and we don't want to change that, BUT we want the rewards that only can only be achieved by powergamers... but we don't want to be known as powergamers because that is a "bad word" to us."
Well, then you aren't going to change their mind... it's completely illogical.
It's the same as saying "I am a casual gamer and can only play about 1 hour a day, and I see other players leveling to 20 in 2 days. I should have some in-game mechanic that allows me to level 20 in 2 days as well... otherwise the in-game rules are inherently unfair to me... a casual gamer and the current mechanics only benefits those who "powergame".
