no idea other than to differentiate from pale masters? It's a shame since from a functional pov, neg energy burst was going to be a huge boon (since there is no aura) instead we're stuck with targeting issues a bit like dark hunter...but at least they get a higher lvl heal - and aoe - compared to base ranger.Quote:
