Correction: SSG rolled characters back to approx midnight on Wednesday. Thursday morning before the patch I had leveled 21-23 and ransacked VON3 for tokens. I'm back at level 21 and have no tokens.

I checked another account and lost progress from the morning before the patch as well.
Top priority is getting all servers up. So it's "Poor form" of you to be begging for compensation before everyone can play again. Till Argo and Thelanis are up, just wait.Quote:

My suffering due to this rollback will be minor compared to some, but I lost my Restless Isles quest completion on hardcore, as well as a couple of other quests. What a pain!

absolutely pathetic response from SSG, sorry. Thursday, I made time around real life to site down and tr my character as a series of tr's, this was #4 of 9 lives which I had purchased 7 Otto's boxes to get done. this life needed to be run lvl's 1 to 20 so i would not be stuck with 2 lives at the end and no boxes. the boxes are irrelevant but I did spend 3 or more ours prepping tr and moving items around to make space etc, I then spent another 4 or more hours busting my a$$ lvling to level 7, by friday all that work was gone (rolled back). sure SSG has now given 48 hours of xp bonuses, which I will mostly miss as I WILL NOT BE ON THIS WEEK END MUCH! I'm not dropping my personal life to suit the SSG, yet they still like us to PAY!Quote:

as for people losing items, its not like SSG previously cared about that! as mentioned in a post yesterday, a good friend of mind had a character sit on **** wrecked shore for 3 months waiting for a ticket response, the only reason he got off the island was due to him throwing away multiple named BTC items to make space for Jeet's end reward, they didn't slam servers shut for him, and the only response he got from SSG was "sorry, we have basicaly lost track of tickets, because there is so many. if your issue persists please re-log a new ticket" they then close his ticket!. which leaves me questioning, what was exploited and who will be banned, yes a couple of items went missing but this has never prompted roll back in the past.
there should be a couple of week ends of XP bonus not 48 hours, and they should possibly think of throwing in a free otto's box per account to go with it. I've been questioning how much I really want to play this game in the last few months, and experiences like this is not encouraging me!

I lost around 3 hours of progress on hardcore - not the end of the world. A single 6-hour sovereign potion which gives me 50% xp for 6 hours seems like it would be exactly right as I can make 9 hours of progress in 6 hours. So regardless of pace people will always be able to make up that 3 hours of progress with a 6 hour xp potion.Quote:

75k is alot at low levels but not even one quest at legendary levels. So the potion would be my preference if SSG wants to make it right for people on hardcore.
