Missing Astral Shards after hardcore transfer.

A ticket has been submitted to SSG, but I wanted to check in with the community too.

Prior to moving my characters from the Hardcore server, I had 50 astral shards on two accounts. After moving, my astral shard balance reads zero on each account.

Has anyone experienced anything like this recently after a transfer of characters?

Astral shards are linked to a server, they don't move with you. Make fresh character on HC, burn those shards on daily dice or buying augments or stuff off the shard exchange.

Thanks for the quick reply, however the shards were on my target server (Thelanis). I had none on the hardcore server.

Edit: I stand corrected. I did have them on the hardcore server... grr...

you must spend astral shards on the server they exist on - you cannot move them - they are bound to the server, not your account.
