RoSS only became bound to account a few weeks ago.

well there is a bta ring on ASAH for 6k shards atm, way too much if you ask me

This fits what I've seen. Hit a RoSS a couple months ago and sold it on ASAH. (not for 6K shards)

Being bound now is a bummer, and one less thing to farm for to make some game cash. :(
