Chain Build, could use tips on finishing it

So, I think I have the main bulk of the build down but not sure if i'm doing it correctly. I could use some tips or to know if im on the right track.

Its basically using Strimtom's ultimate crit handaxe build that i heard him talk about in a video or stream with all rouge and 5barb/3bard.

Do the new-n-improved SDK chain attacks doublestrike? If so: 5 more APs into Swashbuckler gets you Dashing Scoundrel for +10% Doublestrike. Drop Weapon Focus, move Improved Feint to level 6, take Offhand Versatility at level 18. Alternatively take Skirmisher + Shield Mastery feats for extra Dodge and higher Doublestrike in epics with Legendary Shield Mastery.

Overwhelming Critical at 21, Improved Sneak Attack at 24. Bulwark of Defense does nothing for this build because you don't have a defensive stance. I usually take Epic DR at 27 on my melees.

well I am playing this on my swashbuckler.

actually I went for 11/6/3... because I don't have 21 dex for Improved Sneak Attack epic feat. So I grabbed FB 3rd core instead.
I chose INT as my primary stat. I don't have Horizon Walker yet.

AP: 32 FB (I never rage so I did not take that option), 13 swash (empty hand and Int to damage), 17 race, 7 harper KtA, rest (around 16) in Vistani for Haste boost and other stuff.

Power Attack is not so great on a swashbuckler, consider Precision instead. You need to beat fortification if you want to do damage with those tasty crits.

OP built for barbarian Rage - or so I infer since they took Extra Rage enhancements - which doesn't work with Precision. Whether they're better off building for Precision + no Rage: well, I'll let the DPS gurus hash that one out.

here are my thoughts on gear...only problem i couldn't fit in a minor artifact, much less a perfect minor artifact. suggestions are welcome. i made some assumptions that the Sands legendary sets will be better than the epic Sands set.

STR based dps rogue 12/barb 5/bard 3

Weapon - Magmatic Reaver (Armor piercing)
Armor - Mist-Laden Vestments (Silent Avenger set, Well Rounded, etc.)
Belt - Legendary Braided Cutcord (Silent Avenger set, blurry)
Boots - Legendary Dustless Boots (Ins. Deception, Legendary windlasher's Ferocity)
Bracers - Legendary Lore-Fueled Pack Banner (Ins.Constitution, Ins. Dblstrike)
Cloak - Legendary Shadowhall Cloak (Deception, Silent Avenger Set)
Gloves - Legendary Hammerfist (Ins. Dblstrike, Cannith INfusion, Seeker, Ins. Deadly)
Goggles - Legendary Collective Sight (Intelligence (or whatever trance you use), Ins. Strength)
Helm - Titania's Glory (lots of goodies melee power etc.)
Necklace - Legendary Grim's Bracelet (Strength, Dodge, Doublestrike, Accuracy)

so Silent Avenger gives Artifact bonuses to Doublestrike, Sneak attack, armor piercing, damage v. helpless.
Windlasher's ferocity gives artifact bonus to Doublestrike (doesn't stack) and melee power.

i'm missing quality doublestrike but i think i hit most of the boxes. anywhere i could make some substitutrions and fit in a (perfect) minor artifact?
