Competence Bonuses

Is it just me or have the developers missed a huge bug in their enhancement tree to alchemist. I think its redundant to have competence to multiplier twice in the tree if you go full alchemist. You DON'T get it till lvl 18 but can get it with a tier 5 enhancement point. So really there is no point in going full alchemist as the bonuses being competence wouldn't stack. I think its a good idea to have it in their twice as a reward for going more of the full class than a split option and feel the lvl 18 core should be changed to some class bonus or favor bonus to be able to stack with the tier 5 enhancement. If that isn't done then the core should change to give a different bonus as more than likely you will already be taking the tier 5 if you are focusing on the simple weapons. Just a thought for the developers if they missed it and to see what others think of the new class enhancement tree.
