Logged into account no characters available

SO my hard drive died on me last night in the middle of playing. I had to completely install all new windows, drivers, all software and DDO (which just finished updating).

When I log into my account there are no characters to play. Everything is gone!

I am guessing this is from some file on my computer no being checked by the launcher. Anyone know how to get everything back to normal.

Are you on the right server? The server list order will have reset to the defaults if you reinstalled from scratch.

I think you may be right, after only ever playing on one server for all this time its not something I think about.

Yup that fixed it. Thanks and now i have to another check in the 'going senile' column.
