Low-Reaper Viable Iconic Necro-Lock?

I need to get a Warlock past life to finish completionist, and since all my previous 'locks have been ES tanks, wanted to try a hurling necro-lock. Starting at 15 would let her have Hurl from the very beginning, as well as FoD. Have to be iconic since I level with my wife, and she's iconic this life, have access to a lot of quality BtA gear as well as a lvl 340 crafter, so gear should not be an issue. Could I build something that can be effective in Reaper 1-3 from 15 to 30?

Yes, 18 warlock /2 rogue Shadar-Kai, with light armor for no ASF because u're a warlock and evasion.
18 CHA - 16 CON - 16 INT starting stats, using Insigthful Reflexes, max Necro and Enchantment DC, use Soul Eater T5 and cores and Consume + Stricken with the tree debuffs on bosses, Tainted Scholar cores for the crit damage and splash into Enlightened Spirit for the spell power boost.

:@ sorry that's a very generic question and I can't bother posting an entire warlock trapper build right now... it would just take too long and if I were to do that I would create a new build-thread instead.

But you can always ask specific questions and I'll see how I can help. It will also motivate other posters to reply here much more than having them post an entire build

If you rogue splash you won't get hurl till 17 plenty of lock trappers in forums here

another option if you like fiend is the monk splash you get alot of defenses out of that too

better ac dodge evasion saves prr n 2 bonus feats usually deflect arrows and dodge or combat expertise for epics

another option if u dont mind fey would be bladeforged recon sla
