combat stance: heal for reaper difficulty

It is a quite simple idea, if you activate this combat stance you fully heal yourself even in reaper 10 skull difficulty. But every offensive ability is cut down to be almost useless.
Like: you always miss with weapons and you always fail your dc checks on spells and your spell power is -10,000 etc.
This combat stance should be available for everyone, so that everyone could take the healer role in a group, more or less effective, depending on there class, umd etc.
