Had almost 0 spells for my wizard during a lesser reincarnate. no Ddoor, pretty much 90% of the spells were missing. All points into Int during level up also, 20 starting Int.

If I remember correctly, the lesser doesnt reset your spell book, so those spells are already in your book and you dont need to take them again to access them.Quote:

Lesser/Epic Reincarnation does not reset your spell book, but does allow you to pick up spells you have not yet memorized.
A wizard's spell book will be reset when you do an Iconic or Heroic Reincarnation. But here you are recreating your character to start at level 1 or 15.
