So I tested the tier 4 electric damage draconic incarnation spell augmentation that should give 15% chance to reduce reflex saves by 10 on over 1000-2000 mobs with the spells glyph of warding and greater glyph of warding. Both of those spells deal electric damage and never once did the spell aug proc. Now I could be the unluckiest person alive and never hit that 15% chance, but that is doubtful.
Anyone else test this with these spells or others and have it work?
