"Brace for Impact" bonus type?

Does anyone know what type of fortification bonus and saving throw bonus the Tier 1 Unyielding Sentinel "Brace for Impact" gives?

I.e. on my character I already have a 100% fortification item plus a +40% Insightful Fortification item. Would the fortification bonus from Brace for Impact stack with both of those?

Similarly, on the saving throw bonus it gives...

If anyone has tested this, I'd love to know.

yup. i have a really really wierd test build thats level 27 right now. druid+wizard - in elemental form and vampire form. - not supposed to stack but does in wierd ways - ie take 4x damage from light spells extra damage from horrid wilting have 200% fort with no item. when i put on leaves of the forest i get 325% fort or somewhere around there. i dont get the undead heals or enchant bonus though
