Upgrading with Shadowfell discount

Hello! I'm a premium member looking to buy the Shadowfell Conspiracy collector's edition. Unfortunately, all of the links to buy it are to the DDO Market, which then proceeds to have me create a new account to buy it! Is there any way to purchase the discounted upgrade for my account of over five years? Thanks :)

Edit: SOLVED Thanks to the quick response of a friend, I now realize it was just a stupid misunderstanding. The account it was asking me to create was one for the DDO Market, and not another game account.
