Monster Manual 3 not available for purchase

Am getting the message in the screen shot when I attempt to purchase the monster manual 3. Have a premium account and have spoke to other premium account players that have purchased the MM3. Also, have MM 1 & 2 already. Any ideas?

How did you look it up? Did you click on the icon on the MM page or did you look it up in the store manually? Maybe one method is broken.
