Maybe you should want to go test things yourself before asking about something "you hear"?
First I've heard anything about this. Without someone actually saying they experienced this firsthand, I will just chalk it up to paranoid speculation and/or trolls.

This rumor has re-emerged every update (and most patches) since u14 launched and people figured out ID and Dun'Robar are such good farms. I wouldn't be concerned at all unless someone has actually proof, as I doubt Turbine is stupid enough to do something like this.

The forum is a field of landmines to newer folk(not saying the OP is new I mean in general).
It's just that this topic is particularly inflammatory. If this really happened it would mean that ED farming would be impossible without multiple TRing and really grinding for months or even years.
