If you want raw DPS rather than tanking ability, you want Kensei, so you definitely want...
Weapon Focus, Greater WF, Superior WF; Weapon Specialization, Greater WS, total of 5 feats
Attack Boost 3, Critical Accuracy 3, [Weapon] Specialization 2 - 9 AP on top of the 11 for Kensei, total of 20 AP spent
You also surely want...
THF, ITHF, GTHF, Power Attack, Improved Critical, Cleave, Great Cleave, Overwhelming Critical - running total of 13 feats (1 epic-only)
Haste Boost 4, Strength 3, capstone - running total of 44 AP
As a fighter you get 7 regular feats, 2 epic-capable feats, and 11 fighter feats. With a mere +3 tome you can get Epic Toughness, so let's put that in our other epic slot. That leaves us with 6 possible Toughnesses, which is more than enough for a DPS character. You should definitely pick up Improved Sunder, and you could take a look at tactical feats such as Stunning Blow and Sap as well, up to you really.

Race-wise is an interesting choice. Half-orc gives you 10 flat damage for 18 AP. Human or half-elf gives you the very powerful Damage Boost 4, which especially with LD can result in dramatically more than 10 damage. You also see a significant survivability upgrade via Human Improved Recovery, in the case of human a minor survivability upgrade in more HP, and in the case of half-elf a DPS upgrade in rogue dilettante. All this adds up to 27 AP, which is more than the half-orc but as shown above we have plenty of room.
Stat-wise is straightforward: 16 points in Str and Con, 4 in Dex for Reflex save because Reflex save is good.
