Absolute ML questions

Just crafted a boss beater:

Questions:
1. According to wiki ML on items is capped at lvl 20, right?
(for example, this weapon should be ML 25 since Enchantment modifier is +13, right?)

2 It means that absolute min lvl 20 is also absolute max lvl 20, i.e. the item's ML is always exactly 20, no matter what you craft on it, right?
(this is true only for items with abs min lvl 20 or higher)

3. If I've made Holy Burst of GLOB on a weapon without Absolute ML then ML would still be 20, right?

4. But this weapon (without absolute ML) would have no epic multiplier 2x or not? (anyone tested that?)
(since in random loot table only lvl 21+ weapons have multiplier 2x)

2. weapons come in 2 basic versions: no absolute min lvl (normal weapons) and absolute min lvl 20 (epic weapons). absolute ML20 weapons have a higher base dmg (2[1d8]). This also remains on a weapon blank (absolute ML20 silver khopesh in this case) for crafting matters. absolute ML20 weapons can never be equiped by any character who's below lvl20.

2. Yes, for cannith crafted items with the Absolute Minimum Level 20 tagline.
3. If it had a +5 enchantment bonus, yes it would still be min lvl 20.
4. Correct, it is the Absolute Min Lvl 20 that gives the 2[W] damage. Without that tagline it will just be [W] damage, no matter how much you craft onto it.

Depends on if it's supposed to be a general boss beater or a specific one. LEOB might be easier to craft the shard for the GEOB, but I'd have to check.
