In the ddo loading screen it said that vips get 500 points and its just 10$ a month, i just became a vip it costs me 14.99 per month and i havent gotten my points. can anyone help me solve this issue?

$ 10.00 refers to $30 per three month...
You should have a choice of subscription rates at https://myaccount.turbine.com/ I believe. The following, http://www.ddo.com/beavip#chart shows the rates available. As for the VIP 500 Turbine Points monthly, you may have to log out and back in or wait about a day sometimes.
