So...Are All Purple Dragon Knights Half-Orcs?

They probably have some orc or ogre in their ancestry. It could be their diet, though. Soldiers need lots of protein. ;D

I mean, it seems like they're supposed to be human, but their body type isn't one that any human player can hope to achieve.

Well with a name like Purple Dragon Knights, its pretty clear they're trying to compensate for something.

To give you a serious answer.

Turbine is lazy when it comes to modeling new creatures/charakters

This is the reason why....

Half orcs are just dwarf models with greater size (thats why the weapons are so extremly big)

Half Elfs are just human models with ugly heads

Death knights in the Lord of Dust chain or just half orc models in armor

and of course purple dragon knights are just half orc models...

Now the question would be....why didnt they use human models for them?

seriously, half orc and the Lord of Eyes/Stone seem to be the base model for them.

They're half-pig.
