Minor issue, but I have some +3s stored up on toons that won't need them now since tome retention on TRs. Not much else to take on 20ths anyway once you have your gear. Now those tomes are worthless.
Let us crunch them into something or make end rewards BTA or something.

/not signed due to the sheer number of people that exploited chests in challenges that have dozens of toons stocked up on +3 tomes. It sucks for people that have the raid reward ones but theres not much that can be done about those.
now thats something that never occurred to me. +3 tomes arent going to be as needed soon. i think they should become unbound tomes to trade/sell/crunch. biggest reasons why i even do hard/elite hounds and vods is for the tomes i dont have, so whats the point if they can be carried over to next life and i already have the loot i want from the raids? either way, its definitely something that needs to be considered.
The +3 tomes that come from challenge chests are not bound. Those can be moved to characters that still need that flavor of tome or they can be sold to other players.Quote:

I'm pretty sure that someone who gets a +3 tome passed to them in a raid would be willing to spend the 80k - 100k to buy four +1 tomes to mail to the person who just gave them a +3 tome.
I don't anticipate that people would loot +3 tomes to crunch up any more than people loot raid items because they want the plat that they would get from vendoring. Yes, it happens, but only when absolutely no one else wants the item.
