Need a tr build

Looking for a solid build to get me to 20 so I can get the fvs pl feat. It does not need to be an end game build, as a matter of fact, the toon most likely will never see level 19, as I will hold it.

Below are my goals

1. Decent healing so when I pug I can fill the divine roll.
2. Good dmg for my blade barrier
3. Decent damage with a lit Greatsword in hand.
4. basic soloability.

Some caveats.

1. Want a wf build. I like their surviveability and greatsword specs.
2. Will be a 36pt build, as this will be the toon's 3rd life.
3. I have some good equipment, twink items, etc. so that is not a hinderance.
4. Don't really care for necro for this toon.

I really hope this is enough information for somebody with knowledge of fvs to give me a hand. One final note, am I off base in believing a lit greatsword would be the best one to craft for him? I already have a +3 Silver holy Greatsword of Greater Evil Outsider Bane so feel that this sword will be good enough to fill the missing MinII weapon.
