Mature, IRC-using guild?

I work during the day (weekdays) and am usually in IRC, but the people I hang out with don't play DDO.

I would like to find a good group of mature people (age doesn't matter) who enjoy DDO that preferably hang out in IRC when they aren't gaming. I use vent or in-game chat (or whatever everyone else is using) when gaming.

I currently have characters on Cannith and Argonnessen, but I am very willing to roll new characters on whatever server.
