Did they remember to make the ability to set metamagic use apply to Archmage SLAs? I would assume they've overlooked it, but I won't have the chance to play for a while, so no possibility for me to try it on Lamannia so I can start bug reporting.

I'll be even more impressed if they get them working on the pale master freebies too.
Well, those are unaffected by metas, anyway. AM SLAs interact normally with metas, but since they're enhancements and not spells, I would expect them to have been forgotten in this patch.

I would really believe it's working for SLA's because I can right click a Pale Masters bolt and have the Meta screen come up, I just can't select any metas for it as obviously they don't apply to PM sla's.
But that at least shows it can apply to enhancements, etc.
The right-click select meta's are working on my Air Savant's SLAs. On my PM, well..the OPTIONS come up, but nothing is selectable since meta's don't apply to a PM's SLAs anyway :) Since the meta options are working for both my Savant and PM SLAs, I'll take the chance and say they work for AM's as well. But I'm sure SOMEONE has a capped AM on Lamm and can confirm that.

So out of curiosity can we still do things the 'old way'? As in just turn on 'Empowered Healing' or 'Extend' for everything (that it applies to)? Or mix the two methods? (Is there a 'default' selection for the metamagic menu?)
Or will we need to select meta-magics for each and every spell/sla/ability on our hotbars? Not really a 'huge' deal but my cleric has been 'fine' with EmpHealing and Heighten on all the time.

Plus metas are heavily bugged now and just randomly work/dont work.
