Will Premium player get to try out Artificer?

i'm new to Lama-land (had an issue with getting it to work) so i have no prior experience to go on, hence the question.

when new content that will (obviously) be P2P on live come out in Lama, do only VIPS get to preview it? or is there some way for us Prems to check it out as well.

i have heard of this Sir Poincelot fellow, but from wat i hear he only gives out 1000 points per account (per day?), and he's not even present on Lama ATM

He will be back for the week end.. He was giving 2k points per day before.. As for the Artie I hope we all get to try it..Also this week end will be a Dev event XP will be given out so every one can try the new area..
