I think CON 6 would be a prefix and heavy fort is a suffix.
Is this possible to make and what level would it be.
If it is 20, it wouldn't matter to me since I'm trying to figure out a final gear set up so a lvl 20 belt is OK.

Pretty sure it would be 20, and ultra expensive/tough to craft. (lvl100 recipe)
Youd be far better off getting a (vastly easier to acquire) amrath con+6/gfl belt and finding another slot to put hvy fort.
I haven't any blue augment slots on any of the gear I'm looking at.Quote:

I need to add in that CON. Trying to save the colorless slot for a exceptional CON to even out with my litany.
Mineral 2 hitpoint belt, and Con 6 in a colorless slot on other gear, or Epic Belt of the Mroranon (+6 Con in yellow slot) are probably your best options.
You'll need level 90 crafting to be 50% on those shards if you Cannith craft it.
