Can Not Respec Action Points

It has been 5 days since my last respec, I approach the various trainers (All of them) for monk, all with the same predictable result. They inform me that I may respect, they do not list the cost of the service however like they should (Usually around 3kplat). They ask if I would like to reset my enhancements and I say yes. The window disappears. Nothing Happens. I have tried relogging, restarting even my own computer, and various monk trainers. Its a problem isolated solely to this character and its really affecting as its preventing me from taking my capstone.

Has anyone else ever had anything like this happen? how do I fix this? Technical support keeps giving me the run around. I can find no one capable/willing to help. Assist please.
