Need a hand resolving a building issue please.

So,

I decided to LR my current FvS TR. He was a casting build in his previous life, and I turned him into one of my melee builds shortly after cap. Since I am always experimenting with my toons I tried this:

Half Elf
Monk Dilly

Now my understanding is that the Monk Dilly allows for an extra +1 Wisdom to be taken via the enhancement line. My problem is that it isn't showing up at all in the list. When viewing the 'show unavailable' option while talking to the trainer; I noticed that all of the requirements for being able to take it were green colored. They read:

Action Points Spent Prerequisite: 30
Available to level 9 Half-Elf
Requires: Half-Elf Dilettant: Monk

Again, these are all things that I have and a colored green. Yet I am unable to select it. Tried redoing the enhancements following the LR. Then logging/relogging to see if that made a difference. No change.

Any help from those more knowledgeable would be appreciated. Not sure what else to try to be able to select the enhancement.

If it helps; this is a level 15 Pure FvS build. Race is Half-Elf. Everything I've read states this should be available...

I can't be the only person in the game who has/has had this problem, can I?

i'm not really experienced with half elfs.

however, class based enhancements of the same type exclude each other. should be the same for dilletante aswell.

so fvs wisdom and monk wisdom cancel each other out (whatever you take first).

That makes sense. How I overlooked that I cannot explain. +1 sir for the helpful analogy.
