This has to be the worst download manager in existence. Can it even be called a download manager? I cant figure out what it does or why Turbine uses it... if the idea is to get people into your game with as little hassle as possible, this isn't the way to do it.

I've played previous MMO's that used Pando, and it really is a pain.
