400+ is a max Fire/Ice spec capstone sorc with Eardweller active is it?

Well... I guess the 3rd tier arcane skeleton for Pale Masters just got its firewall alternative. (And now is going to be hated again because it can snuff out your firewalls... though at least that isn't as bad as the old sleetstorm, which snuffed out your firewall and did no damage into the bargain.)
Additionally... rares like that troglodyte shaman in Garrison's Missing Pack on elite are going to be oh so very berry painful for the unprepared playing at level. *claps hands* Great we can block the ice damage somewhat with resists... but that bludgeon is going to be the absolute DEATH of lower level parties that don't smack down trog casters fast enough.
They can just use the tried and tested MMO strategy of 'GTFO the fire'. Granted 'fire' here is a metaphor for a blizzard/hailstorm, but common sense still applies.
Plus, low level bosses don't have large enough HP pools for it to be a problem that you need to attack them from range for a little bit.
what is the damage of it now? or going to be... :D
If it works out that way, it will at least help consolidate my elemental foci in general.

So... lemme get this straight.
Ice Storm:
-Benefits from all the same enhancements that boost Wall of Fire.
-Works with Web, which is more mana-efficient than Mass Hold Monster due to its duration being longer than "instant" and also doesn't allow SR, with the drawback of not causing auto-crit.
-Does more base damage than Wall of Fire, apparently.
...yeah, you're gonna be seeing this all over the place.
Off topic here but wondering what call lightning or call lightning storm would be like if they ever get around to getting druids? they would have firewall/icestorm and call lightning, and cast mass cures right?

Ive made some quick tests regarding Ice Storm and i would like to present results here:
- it kills golems
-it has a fixed duration, not affected by extend, but dependant on caster level - at lev 10 20s econds, at lev 20 30 seconds
-both parts of dmg (bludgeoning and ice)is affected by fire/cold enchantments and superior freeze pots
-it kills golems
-damage is somehow affected by caster level - at lev 10 bludgeoning part deals about 50 dmg with superior freeze IV, at lev 20 its over 70 (no metamagic active)
-did i mention that it kills golems?;)
Overall, its extremally OP spell now, and i think it will trivialize alot of content that was difficult for casters - like Amrath, maxed and emped at lev 20 it deals about 170 dludgeoning dmg/tick, not even counting ice damage, it kills elite devils in elite bastion of power in 1 cast. It almost kills portals in 1 cast (about 20% hp left) in elite bastion of power.
If it will make to live servers in this form, everyone and their mother will be casting this left and right:)
In epics, it would be nice suplement of fw - its not so hard to position fw and ice storm well and make mobs take dmg from both spells. Damage per cast is quite similar - fw deal half dmg less/tick, but last twice as long because it can be extended.
Btw, did I mention that Ice Storm kills golems?;)
