What should I TR into with the following items?

I have a old critrage II barb sitting at 15barb/2fighter, originally planned as critII/kensai I. I have the following items I would like to use in my next life, but can't decide which class to make use of them, and been stuck for a long time deciding.

Ice II heavy Pick*2 with force burst
Icy burst W/p pick*2
Dragontouched docent with ooze and crushing wave guard
Earthguard shroud hp gloves
Tharnes
Leviks Bracers

Race will remain Warforged.

Looking at Barb, Ranger, Fighter, and Rogue or multiclass from those.

Looking to get great dps when mobs become frozen. Should land decently in epic with the lower saves, and will have x4 without changing weapons. Factor in high str/con and 15 dex for gtwf unless ranger11, no AC to take advantage of guards. Will take stunning blow also.

I prefer to have some form of self healing and evasion, but will go barb if the dps is a lot higher.

Thinking 18kensai/2rogue, 20rogue assassin, 13rogue/6ranger/1barb, 13rogue/6barb/1fighter, and 12ranger/7rogue/1fighter would all work. Which sounds like the best dps overall?
