Title says it all. Between the 'nerf' to stunning weapons, TWF, THF, etc... Are we going to see a nerf to mob health too?
As it is now I know plenty of Monster builds who can land Stunning Blow with the +10 bonus from weighted. Now that monks get that bonus as well they'll have 2 possible stun attacks that can reach a good DC as well as a good DC at a % chance. Doesn't seem to bad but I'll have to see what the DCs on epic monsters are.
In other news, I mainly use Earthgrab for auto-crits in epics because I normally end up on my AA. So, only getting better there.
Even if we ignore the changes to Weighted, there is still the reduced DPS... This could have an impact on healers and casters in terms of mana.
But I guess we'll have to see how that goes...
