It won't let me onto my characters on any server.

But it still lets me log onto the servers.
It's just that everytime I try and play as one of my characters it freezes and stops and tells me to send an error report.
I've sent the report, and i've tried playing on two servers but it still fails everytime.
I'll try and get onto it again later, but i'm wondering if it carrys on what should I do?
Uninstall and try again?
That's the only thing I can think of.
I use AVG so that might be blocking it?
But before I had AVG and it wasn't blocking it so I doubt it'd be that.

Post your dxdiag when you get a chance (how to steps are in the "how to get help.." sticky linked in my sig)

Also if you have "Turbine Download Manager" (TDM) installed try running the "Validate & Repair" from the right-click menu on the DDO ribbon at the bottom.

You might want to also open a support request as well.
