Hello, i´m trying create a new free account for a friend, since 9th September, but when i submite give the same error: "Your submission contained an error. Please try again. Code: #FTx". I don´t know if is because we are in Europe or not, i had the same probleme but yesterday i was able to create my account, but he no. I send a ticket but don´t have any answer.
There shouldn't be any limitations because of your location. Please try creating an account from the website below, and be sure you are using Internet Explorer (7) or Mozilla Firefox as your web browser.

I use internet explorer 7 and try one more time create account, but give me the same error: "Your submission contained an error. Please try again. Code: #FTx0IY3SHKT". I had try with firefox, but occure the same error. Is it possible create account to another way, because i had try many times along the days without sucesse.

If that doesn't work, then please have your friend send an email to the Account Management department, or call when they are open again on Monday.
But he are trying create account, but allways give him the same error, i´m just trying help him and he isn´t the only one with the same probleme. And is unforgivable that is happen and when we ask for help the answer is to another person keep trying for his own... For that it isn´t necessary ask in the forums the error tell us that... It is better if you see why is happen with the link...
Ssombra, I'm sorry, I didn't realize that he was experiencing this issue on his own as well. I was trying to provide suggestions that would allow you or him to resolve this issue on your own. If you are both still experiencing this error, then please have your friend contact the Account Management department. I apologize, but we aren't able to assist with account specific issues via the forums.
error seems not to be spefic.. i tryed with all the convinations of Browsers, IPs, computers, . I even tryed with my open/closed, and with the light on/off to see if that makes any diferent..but well.. it does'nt.
The free account creation web page seems to not be working at all :(
same thing is happening to me, we have tried from my compurt, my friends computer, ny friends little brother computer, and the person who is trying to make the account's computer, all with either error code: #FTx or code:#FTx........
