Build idea/question?

I am looking to roll a monk, possibly WF. I thought about a two handed fighting specced using a quarterstaff and associated feats, WF PA enhancements and the new Greater Weapon Aptitude enhancement line.

Main question is this a viable build? Or is the two weapon feat line just the best way to go now for better DPS?

Other question is if TW feats best, the other idea I had was a stunning fist dwarf monk?
