Client won't open

Had a computer issue today and am having an issue with loading the game now. So I uninstalled and re-installed it and I get the same issue. I try to open the game and here is the message I get"

Ok, that's the error, please help me out and tell me what I need to do to get it up and running again. Thanks in advance.

make sure you have all wnidow updates and run a virus scan

I did a search and it seems some over in LOTR had a similiar post and that worked for them.
