Were it a rapier, it'd be quite high (probably 700-900k PP), as it's one of the best offhand weapons available for a non-AC piercing specced build that occasionally solos; but the 33% lessened chance of a crit hurts it a lot.
I wouldn't be surprised if you get 100k PP for it, if I had it that's what I'd post it on the AH for.
