"Connection to server was lost"
For some reason, DDO just decides to disconnect about... 7or8/10 times i try to enter a quest area (dungeon or other).
It goes to the loading screen and does not start to fill up. It stays there for a minute or two and then comes up with "Connection to server was lost."
When i was playing the trial, about... oh... a few months ago, I had no problems. I recently (tuesday?) bought a copy of the game and activated it. But now it gives me that problem. My connection hasn't changed, nor has my computer hardware. I use Vista, and can NOT set it to run as administrator... i don't know why, but the option in properties is just not available. I can however right click the icon and hit run as admin, but this does nothing to help it. Idk if this is the source of the problem, or if it can be fixed... Yes, i am on the administrator account btw.
I am running Vista 32-bit, using a wireless connection, and did use the wireless connection during the trial, with no problems.
The only difference i can think of is, I downloaded the client for the trial... but used a CD to install it this time.
That and of course the game has had more patches since then.
Please help, it is extremely annoying to have to run the client 10 times just to do one quest.
